In 35 years of self catering holidays we have never come across such a well appointed and high quality property. The attention to detail (spare tooth brushes in the bathroom) and wine on arrival added that extra bit of class to a wonderful property in a classic secure location. The central location made for a wonderful holiday as the are many restaurants within easy reach of which Rick Stien's and Clarks are but two. Two other restaurants to mention slightly further away are Olivers and the Greenbank Hotel. I would recommend this property to anyone who seeks a little more class and also great value.

This is a marvellous property, that had everything we needed for a great holiday. The close proximity to such a large number of great restaurants meant that we very rarely had to use the great kitchen facilities. We will definitely be staying at Spinnakers again. Thank you for a great holiday.

I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Spinnakers to anybody. The accommodation is spacious, the furniture and fittings are of high quality, the setting overlooking the marina is idyllic and the location so close to the town centre, waterfront, beaches etc is perfect. An ideal place to stay at any time of the year.
