Terms & Conditions: 1. These terms and conditions should be read alongside the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website - particularly note Sections 2, 4 and 6 of the Booking Conditions. 2. Offer applies only to new Hoseasons bookings for Lodges & Parks holiday accommodation (including the Channel Islands), that begin from 16th July 2011 up to and including 29th August 2011 and are booked between 14th April and 31st May 2011. 3. The low initial deposit under this offer is £50 per booking and applies to Lodges & Parks bookings only made through Hoseasons. 4. The difference between the £50 initial deposit and the standard deposit stated in our 2011 Booking Conditions will become payable with the balance payment, which must be received by us by Friday 24th June 2011. If you cancel your booking you will be responsible for the difference between £50 Low Deposit and the standard deposit plus any cancellation charges stated in the Booking Conditions, and any insurance premium (if applicable). If the payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. 5. If cancellation for a non-refundable reason happens, you remain responsible for cancellation charges (as set out in the 2011 Booking Conditions in our brochure or on our website) including any Personal Travel Insurance purchased, all of which must be paid immediately. 6. This offer is not valid for European Holiday Park bookings. 7. At the time of distribution, the closing date for the low deposit offer is 31 May 2011.
