This recently refurbished Victorian terraced cottage nestles in the heart of a Domesday village, close to Helford Passage, within walking distance of the two village pubs, shop/P.O. and butchers. The Helford River with water sports and fishing, and a seal sanctuary are nearby, also sandy beaches within 5 miles. Falmouth, Helston, golf, several sub tropical gardens and Stithians Lake are within 6 miles. Truro is a 20 minute drive.

Very comfortable sitting room with wooden floor and log fire. Well equipped kitchen with dining area and TV. First floor: Double bedroom with TV. Twin bedded room with additional pull out bed (for + child) and TV. Single bedroom with TV. Bathroom/WC (shower over bath).
