These will, as a matter of course, have a high standard of facilities, amenities and comfort, but also a little extra something, be it a fantastic view or location, a fascinating history, heights of luxury or a simply unique flavour.

Perfectly situated 600m from the protected calm waters of the Bassin d''Arcachon with its renowned oyster beds and unique ''micro'' climate, and 350m from the path over the high sand dunes to the beach on the ocean side.5-10 min drive to the exclusive area of Cap-Ferret with its wealth of restaurants, shops and sea-fishing trips. Public tennis court just across road, all watersports nearby. Bird sanctuary and nature reserve only 15 min drive or try your luck at the casino at Andernos 35 km. Take the ferry across to Arcachon (60 km by road) to visit the aquarium or marvel at the splendid yachts in the marina. Bordeaux, approx one hour drive, is well worth a visit with its fascinating history and range of activities. International airport: Bordeaux 61 km.
This pleasant holiday villa is set within a residential area, its sandy garden with pine trees dotted around to give shade for outdoor eating on hot days. Parking space for two cars, an outside shower and brick-built BBQ.
Accommodation all on one level. Large L-shaped living/dining room, with sofa and armchairs, double sofa bed and single divan, portable satellite TV - French channels only - and video, french window giving access to patio. Small well-equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Bed 1: double, door to front garden. Bed 2: king-size and 1 single, door to back garden. Bed 3: double, door to back garden. Bath/WC with washing machine. Sep WC. Cot and highchair on request.
Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.

We are so confident that we have the best prices, that in the unlikely event that you find the same holiday, available on the day you make your booking (like for like) at a lower price from any other holiday company, we will match that price. All you need to do is provide proof of the price you have been quoted by giving us the telephone number or the details of the website where the price can be confirmed and we will look into it for you. If you have written or e-mailed proof of the price, you can just e-mail or fax this to us. If you are sending your proof by post, please send it first class. (Crossing details must be identical; same operator, crossing, outbound and return dates and times, vehicle size, passenger details, cabins and other extras, if applicable.) To claim your price match you must provide hard copy evidence by fax or post of the competitor price (including confirmed availability of the accommodation or crossing) within 7 days of receiving our quotation or making the booking with us. For ferry bookings, we will not only match the price, we will also include our Vehicle Breakdown and Recovery insurance.
