Tucked away down a quiet lane just a short stroll from the fishing and mooring basin at Upton dyke, this spacious loft conversion is ideally placed for enjoying the area's lovely walking, cycling and myriad visitor attractions. Enjoying its own private patio, it adjoins the owners' home 100 yards from the village pub and 2 miles from the village of Acle's shops and riverside inn. Wroxham, with its river boat trips and restaurants is 6 miles and the cathedral, castle, cinemas and excellent shopping in medieval Norwich are 10 miles. Cromer's end of pier shows and the glorious north Norfolk coast are easily accessible.
