Amidst spectacular countryside, against the backdrop of Scotland's winter playground in the Cairngorms, The Schoolhouse Cottage offers a characterful and cosy base for enjoying this famous outdoor paradise. Adjoining the owners' home and sharing their well tended garden, it sits on the roadside within easy reach of miles of traffic free walking and superb bird and wildlife spotting on the Caterlan Trail whilst the Cairngorms, ski slopes, fishing and golf are under 4 miles – an outdoor activity centre is 1 mile. Royal Deeside is less than 30 minutes' drive. Pub 2 miles, shops 7 miles.
