Conveniently situated between the historic City of York and the beautiful market town of Beverley, Yellowtop offers a tranquil and stylish retreat and a gateway to the breathtaking Yorkshire Wolds. A small development of lodges each overlooking a picturesque lake, affords visitors a safe and secure environment to enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday or short break.
Excellent coarse fishing* opportunities are available for all ages and abilities and if you are looking for lovely walks there is a direct link to a beautiful bridleway and nature trail network from the park. Children can feed the ducks and collect the eggs or watch the wildlife.
The pretty local village is just 2 miles away and hosts a good selection of shops. A laundry room* and internet kiosk are available on site. *Charges apply.

Energy Efficiency low energy light bulbs are used throughout the park, low energy fridges are used, and the lodges have thermostats.
Water Conservation Yellowtop has its own sewage plant.
Social Practices local tradesmen are used at the park.
Wildlife the park prides itself on its wildlife leaving areas wild and planting hedges and trees. There are hares, barn owls, little owls, yellow hammer, and various other birds at Yellowtop. Rules are in place to protect the fish in the lakes.
Purchasing Policy the park uses as many environmentally friendly products as possible and purchase locally wherever possible.

Special Low Initial Deposit Offer Terms and Conditions1. These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with the Booking Conditions on our website (particularly the clauses regarding cancellation and payment).
2. This offer applies to any 2011 Lodge, Park or UK Boating holiday on this website booked online for which a deposit payment is due. Payment in full is required for bookings made within 10 weeks of your holiday start date.
3. If you cancel your holiday, you will be responsible for payment of the difference between the £50 low deposit and our standard deposit, together with any insurance premium (if applicable).
4. The offer ends on 30th September 2010.
