Idyllic location . Absolute quiet - only the sounds of the sheep, birds and the mountain streams. Road access to Croesor not for the faint hearted or inexperienced driver --- narrow single track road with few passing places!!

If peace & quiet is what you are looking for, book this cottage now. Fantastic scenery in all directions. The sea on one side & the mountains the other. The private patio is perfect to sit out in & enjoy a glass of wine or two... Look out for the birds, listen to the sheep. It's extremely relaxing. The cottage has everything that you will need. It was nice to have a separate freezer & fridge. The nearest chain food stores are about a 25 minute drive away in Porthmadog, but there are plenty of small stores in the villages. Just one thing - if you can't live without wifi or a phone signal, this is not the holiday home for you.

We had an enjoyable stay for a week. The cottage is very spacious, well equipped and modern. The views from every window/door are breathtaking. Your only neighbour is the owners farmhouse. It is very quiet and the ideal get away from it all location. Lots to see and do. Would definitely return again!! No phone signal or wifi but to be honest with the views etc a week without the internet is a small sacrifice!!

The two major plusses for our stay were: - The fantastic location of the cottage - The space, design and comfort of the cottage. Although there are few local amenities, there is plenty of walks on the doorstep and Porth Maddog is less than half an hours drive away. This is the best cottage we have stayed in in the last 10 or so years of holidaying in the UK

Simply excellent. We wanted to escape completely so the sketchy phone signal, lack of wifi and couple of miles to the pub and shop were perfect! I can't recommend this lovely cottage enough and will definitely be staying again!

Beautiful and very well kept cottage. Very cosy. Wonderful views. Fantastic walks. A drive to get to any shops or pubs but that is the nature of Snowdonia. Perfect holiday, would definitely recommend to my family and friends. I would love to go back again. Loved having a woodburner and great views.

Very spacious holiday cottage for two persons. Good size open plat living room/kitchen, proper shower and good bed. Good views and pleasantly remote. Outside seating provided, but we did not use - we visited in winter. The wood burner makes the house cosy and very warm. Mobile reception is poor and no WiFi.
