Commanding delightful views across the Dee Valley (pictured), this spacious and very comfortable holiday cottage is accessed via a pretty drive alongside the Llangollen Canal. Its location is superb, just 3 miles from bustling Llangollen town with its fine selection of independent shops, restaurants, pubs and great attractions including horse drawn canal boat trips, historic steam railway journeys and narrow boat trips across the amazing Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, the highest and longest on the canal sysem. Fishing, white water rafting, kayaking, golf, walking, climbing and abseiling are enjoyed locally. Decorations and a tree for Christmas bookings are provided.

Ground floor: Living/dining room with patio doors. Kitchen with breakfast area. Conservatory. 1 double bedroom. Wet room with toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, both with sloping ceilings. Bathroom with whirlpool bath, shower attachment and toilet.
