The location is spectacular views are worth the visit. Access for all but 4x4's is a problem as the track is very bumpy and high ground clearance is a must. The cottage is advertised as dog friendly (which is sort of is as dogs are allowed) but we were told we could not leave the dogs on their own so we had to take them everywhere, this is inconvenient if you want to go out for a meal or shop. The TV is tiny and really needs a larger screen whilst the mattress on the double bed is hard in the extreme (concrete springs to mind). The shower is noisy and low on power. The owners were very friendly.

Cosy and comfortable in a fabulous location. The place to go if you're looking for a 'get away from it all' holiday cottage.

The cottage has fantastic views and was very clean and tidy but I wouldn't rate it as 4* accommodation. The double bed was so hard that it was like trying to sleep on the floor, we ended up sleeping in the single beds which were ok but if there had been more of us this wouldnt of been an option. The shower was very poor and after a day spent walking its the one piece of equipment that needs to be at least half decent. We read several reviews of this cottage before booking and noted that people often commented about the poor condition of the "unadopted road", although we didn't let this put us off what the write ups fail to mentsion is that its 1/2 mile long! The middle section of the drive is still in poor repair, we were in a 4x4 and it rocked like a ship at sea when traversing these pot holes, you will need a vehicle with good ground clearance. Overall it is a nice place to stay but spoilt by the poor access road and some of the fixtures and fittings as mentioned above.

Fabulous place. Stunning location. Getting in and out up and down the track was ok apart from only once as was wet. If you like being away from it all its marvellous. It's handy for getting to places on the peninsula and also Anglesey. Views are breathtaking.

Absolutely stunning views on the coastal path looking towards Anglesey. Cottage itself was cosy warm and had pretty much all one would need. Track down to cottage is a tad rough so needs to be driven slowly. All in all perfect for us with two dogs but its quite isolated.

Absolutely stunning location, views and scenery, but put off by long unmade access track. Could be improved by trimming back the Gorse bushes at the narrowest parts. Although the cottage was nice inside, the bed was very uncomfortable as were the sofa and chairs. (We had to use the duvet as a mattress topper) The lack of an outside tap or even a bucket made it impossible to clean muddy/sandy boots and dogs. If these points were addressed this cottage would be hard to fault. Overall we would recommend as the beauty of the location and surrounding area is breathtaking.

Very nice cottage with lovely views. The walk to the beach took a good 20 mins and is very steep so you need to be fit. The owners, Lyn and Haydn, are very welcoming, the cottage itself is very well equipped but could do with a few extras, bigger TV, dvd player for wet days and Wi Fi.
