Relax on the patio on a summer day and enjoy the peace and tranquillity with the stream and village ducks just a few steps from the cottage. Surrounded by lovely countryside it is an ideal base for walking and cycling this historic region and for visiting the many places of interest with Swaledale and Wensleydale just a short drive away. The village has a pub serving food and there is a shop in the nearby village of Barton, whilst the Georgian market town of Richmond and Barnard Castle are both within a 15-minute drive. The Lake District and the North York Moors are within easy driving distance for alternative days out. Ground floor: entrance hall. Sitting/dining room with solid oak floor and open fire. Well equipped kitchen. First floor: 2 bedrooms - 1 with king size bed and dressing area. 1 twin. Bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, shower over bath, WC and basin.
