Lovely clean cosy cottage , nice location and mousehole is very pretty . One downfall is there is no parking outside the cottage and so nearby car park is £3 a day . Enjoyed a lovely break

I loved this cottage and its location in the centre of the village. We stayed during a really cold spell in March when most of the country was inches deep in snow (but not in Mousehole). The cottage proved very draughty and hard to keep warm, especially around the front door which opens into the lounge. The bedrooms also were cold and needed the heat on all night. In fairness, once the cold snap passed we were a lot more comfortable. My biggest beef is that although described as 'dog friendly' there is no garden or any outside space at the cottage. This necessitated several 10 minute trips every day, including first thing and last thing, up the hill to the nearest grassy area and a poo/rubbish bin. Dogs were also, surprisingly, not allowed on the beach areas even in the winter months, so again that was not an option for my two dogs. The nearest dog walking beach was 3 miles away! I wish that had been made clearer, as I wouldn't have booked this cottage had I realised the inconvenience of having the dogs here.

Superb. Been before a long time ago and not disappointed. Only very slight downside was a bit cold at night (maybe chuck a few more blankets in wardrobe) but it was very cold outside and also but outside the owners control, builders turning up 5.30/6.30am parking outside emptying equipment. Other than that excellent and definitely recommend! Superb location, great pub!

Beautiful little traditional cottage. Fantastically clean. Owner left tea making items which was gratefully received. Beautiful location and well worth the money, which actually wasn’t expensive. Made for a wonderful new year. Parking not an issue. Would definitely stay again. Very happy.

A lovely cottage in a great location with the exception of parking availability. All the equipment etc you need is provided.Only slight negative is that the cottage is a bit damp/musty smelling. Needs to be aired a lot. The lady owner is very helpful and polite too.

Great. A lovely old fishermans cottage in the heart of Mousehole, pub 2 minutes away with great food, would recommend it.

This is a 3rd return for us and we are booked for next year. Although the accommodation and decor is quaint the location and overall value makes it perfect and we are very fond of this wee cottage. I would say the pipes need attending, they make a bit of a din when taps are on. And the TV remote was broke and TV needing resetting which maybe due to dodgy aerial wire. Still who needs TV with views of Mousehole. I envisage we will return again and again again. Thank you.

The Cottage was in a great location, Mousehole is beautiful. KITCHEN Very well equipped. Essentials were provided which was a lovely gesture as we could have a cuppa after a very long drive. BATHROOM Lovely Bathroom with great shower. The hot water tank sounded like an air raid siren if you ran the hot water, so we avoided that. SITTING ROOM It was beautifully clean and tidy, but as pets are welcome, there was a hint of dog odour. Furnishings in the sitting room were a little old and uncomfortable, especially if you spent a day/evening relaxing indoors. BEDROOMS Comfy and clean, plenty of wardrobes/drawers. There is no wifi and very little phone reception in the cottage (or Mousehole). The children found pockets of reception in various odd spots in one bedroom. Eating out was difficult in and around Mousehole, as most restaurants/bars required bookings, and cafe's & tea rooms closed at 5/6pm. so if you arrived home late is wasn't possible to eat out without driving out of the area.

Traditional cottage in an amazing location has a beautiful sea view from front bedroom window. Regular and quick bus service in to penzance to enable you to explore further a field. Village it self has little art galleries, shops pubs and a beautiful harbour where you can look out across the sea.
