In a lovely secluded valley with three coarse fishing lakes, yet within easy reach of good roads, these three cottages enjoy shared use of an indoor heated pool and 40 acres of farmland in which to roam. The owners live adjacent, and there are shared gardens, a play area and a games barn with darts, pool table and table tennis. Sandy beaches are 10 minutes’ drive, and Snowdonia and Lake Bala are easily accessible, as is Chester. Llangollen canal with its famous aqueduct is 22 miles, Llandudno’s shops and attractions are 32 miles, Conwy’s majestic castle, 30 miles. Shops, pubs and restaurants are under
1 mile. Ground floor: Living/dining room with French doors/kitchen. 1 double bedroom. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. First floor: 1 twin bedroom (for children) with low, sloping ceilings.
