This holiday cottage, with uninterrupted views to the riverbank from the front rooms, has a lovely riverside setting just a short walk from the village centre. Comrie is located in the south of Perthshire, at the edge of the Highlands, and is a bustling village with dramatic mountain scenery. The village has a wide selection of shops and 3 local pub/restaurants. A larger variety of shops and a supermarket are available in Crieff, 7 miles. There are 5 golf courses within a 10 mile radius; Comrie’s own 9-hole course is only a few minutes’ walk away. Within an hours’ drive there is access to around 60-70 Munros for the experienced hill walker. The River Earn in front of the property is a highly regarded fishing river, supporting various types of game fish (permits required). Mountain biking routes have been developed by the local cycling centre to cater for all levels. Shop 50 yards, pub and restaurant 75 yards.
