Although the accommodation was good the settee was uncomfortable. The cottage was spotless and the owner very pleasant.

Spent a very enjoyable week at Felgate cottage. The owners were very welcoming and friendly and the tea/coffee/milk and cake provided for our arrival was very much appreciated! The cottage is a little tired in places but the owners are aware of this and have work planned for the off season (e.g. the windows). The beach is easily reached by car (Mundesley is very nice), as is Cromer. However, (unless we missed it) there isn't anything within the village itself, e.g. we didn't see a pub. The cottage itself doesn't have a garden area, however, behind the cottages is an area for camping/caravans and there was plenty of space for our son to play. He also enjoyed wandering in the woods, although if you have young children it's worth keeping an eye out as one of the paths leads out onto a road (there is no fencing/gate etc.). As mentioned previously we had a very enjoyable holiday and if we were staying in the area again we would definitely consider staying here in the future.

We had a lovely week, great place to stay, everything in the cottage you need. Bit of a ride for a supermarket but not too bad.

The location was good for the local area, but the cottage itself did not suit us, it was tired and needed some tlc. The outlook for both the front and the back was very unimpressive, and realistically parking was always a bit of a problem. Overall not impressed.
