Very nice owners who were friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy, good facilities. Off street parking was good. Right on the Exe trail which was great. The house is on a main road, right opposite the railway station, with a pedestrian crossing outside the house. We were in the ground floor flat. The kitchen/ diner and bedrooms are basically all open plan - no doors to separate. Just the bathroom has a door.

A very well appointed ground floor apartment directly opposite Starcross railway station and two bus stops for easy access to all of the nearby coastal resorts and attractions. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The apartment is described as two bedrooms but the second bedroom is only divided from the master bedroom by a partition and you have to pass through the second bedroom to get to the bathroom so it may not be suitable for those wanting more privacy. The only downsides were that the Wi-Fi didn't work and only two sets of towels were provided rather than four. All in all a very convenient base from which to explore this part of Devon
