Situated in the rural village of Linton onOuse in the lovely Vale of York, this comfortably furnished and equipped cottage isconveniently located for visiting all the many attractions in the surrounding area.Visitors arewelcome toenjoy the beautiful 1 acrewellmaintained and wooded gardens and lawns which are a haven for wildlife.The ancient walled city of York itself is only 9 miles away (there is a bus service from Linton and a Park and Ride close by) and offers museums, shops, restaurants, theatre and the unforgettable Minster. There is a village pub and shop/Post Office and excellent meals can be found in the picturesque surrounding villages. The Georgian country market town of Easingwold is close at hand and day fishing, riding, golf and bowling are all available.

Ground floor: large porch with seat, hall, sitting/dining room with electric fire and well equipped kitchen. First floor: 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin. Shower room with power shower, basin in vanity unit and WC.
