Lovely quirky cottage, quiet location, perfect for a family as all on one level. Secure garden so great for the dog too! Would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice cosy cottage in a very friendly village,it is arranged in way that is very suited to couples as well as families. We had our dog with us and found no problem in being able to eat out in the area with her. I would also advise to rent the Beach Hut it is lovely and on a nice quite sandy beach, even if the weather is not good as it is warm and comfortable. If in the area we would stay there again.

Loved the cottage, far enough away from maddening crowds but within an easy drive to the coast. Would definitely stay again!!! The place is lovely. Sandilands beach is a definite 10 out of 10!!!

Very comfortable, but car required for local amenities. Also, slightly disappointing that we had no access to internet/wifi for receiving/making calls.

The cottage was very nice well equipped and nice and clean .The double bed was a bit too hard for me but was ok for my partner .Location was not so good very nice little village but there wasn't a pub that you could walk to on a nice evening and there was no local paper shop to get your morning paper It did say in the info that there was a pub and shop 1m away. Still enjoyed the holiday but would have liked a bit less driving but this is what was needed to get anywhere as the village was a little too remote.

A lovely cottage in a beautiful area of Lincolnshire. Generally well equipped except perhaps for a slightly larger tv screen and some facility to play cds - possibly could use the tv for this but the clock radio was a bit lacking as a music player. Also the single bedroom had no storage at all for clothes so needs a hanging rail orsimiliar to make up for no wardrobe. The cottage itself is very quaint with comfortable beds and a lovely rear garden.Maybe it would benefit from a little more thought regarding wardrobe space in the double and single room and more books, games etc for families if bad weather means staying in with children! We still loved our stay there and particularly enjoyed the birds in the garden.

Lovely quiet location and well equipped cosy, quirky cottage. About a 20 minute drive to a fantastic beach and close to pubs for eating. There was no wifi which we missed. The owner was there to greet us and was very friendly and helpful and the milk and plum loaf on arrival was appreciated. Nice garden for our dog but she could get out quite easily so wasn't totally dog proof!
