There is excellent local walking and many quiet rural lanes for cycling. Medieval Linclon, Doddington Hall, Horncastle with its many antique shops, and Skegness are within easy reach. Horse riding and golf locally. Pub and shop 1 mile. Entrance to small conservatory. Well equipped kitchen with dining area and door to garden. Sitting room with open fire. Double bedroom.
