    Lovely location. Very quiet and peaceful. Apartment compact, but well equipped. The bathroom is in need of modernization. Sauna is size of an airing cupboard. Would have preferred modern bathroom with a bath.

    On first arriving we were disappointed to find that the photos in the brochure did not match as we thought we would have a view of the lake! The apartment itself was shabby chic and needs updating, especially the bathroom. We have stayed in lots of cottages all over the country and have not paid extra for electricity or wifi! Although linen was provided, towels were not and we only found out this through other reviews. For us the location was a bit too far away from the places we wanted to visit, Lost Gardens of Heligan 45 minutes, Eden Project 40 minutes, Tintagel and Port Issac 50 minutes. Looe and Plymouth were nearer being around 30 minutes.

    We loved our apartment and the managers were fantastic The village inn is great and the food 1st class but only open in the evening from 6pm-11pm. There was nothing for children to do and not even a play park for them. A small on site shop would be beneficial for everyday essentials as had to hunt down a shop for bread, milk etc.Maybe if they add a welcome basket with milk, teabags etc and include in price would be helpful. The country lanes to get anywhere are a nightmare, only big enough to get a car down and pray nothing is coming other way. Steve, Julie and all the staff at the village inn were excellent and couldn't do enough for you.

    Rosecraddoc Manor is in a beautiful location the grounds are amazing, total peace and quiet. The Heron is a small self contained unit within the main house and although perfectly clean, tidy and comfortable is in need of some TLC to make it a little more modern. That said, the villas on the estate look amazing and I am sure are worth renting. The Village Inn is a small family run pub/restaurant that serves tremendous meals. I will definitely stay here again.

    My stay in Rosecraddoc Manor was very comfortable. The manor sits in pleasant grounds with a fishing lake and varied accommodation. Heron is a cosy place to rest up after a days adventures exploring the standing stones of Cornwall. Trevethy Quoit is situated within 10 minutes drive of Rosecraddoc Manor. The flat has all mod cons including a wifi connection (available at an extra cost). I will probably return to Rosecraddoc Manor as there are still some stones out there...
