In the middle of nowhere and too quiet. Difficult for walking to dog.

Stayed over bank holiday weekend. Cottage is lovely and very sympathetically renovated. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean however just a couple of pointers really 1. Some more glasses as a lot of them were just three of everything likely due to previous breakages! 2. Teapot hadn't been cleaned for a long time! 3. Hot tub- some instructions on how to link the bluetooth to it would have been handy, also some hooks in the shelter to hang up towels etc 4. The tub was woefully over cholorinated, meaning we couldn't have the jets on as it stung our eyes, made me cough and I came home with a rash from it which was a real shame as it was a very good size and obviously not a cheap and more of a high end piece. Those they didn't de-tract from the overall stay I felt it was important to mention them, a chap came to introduce himself on the first night and also told that the the owners have the local pub which the menu looked lovely. It wouldn't stop me from staying her again and recommending to friends however some little tweaks could make this place really outstanding

Cottage lovely but settee bit worn and headboard on double bed needs removing! Hottub well worth a drip, location brilliant for getting out across Snowdonia national park.

The cottage itself was lovley, a few little niggles like a broken hot tub( which we were aware of prior to our stay) , a kettle full of lime scale (which couldn't be used), and other minor things. The stay was nice and relaxed , it wasn't until after the stay that the owner tried to pin the blame for the hot tub and other things on us, just be aware it is still damaged so make the owner aware when you first use it to avoid him trying to accuse you of the problems his cottage already has. Other than that the stay was lovley.
