The River Whiteadder, only 50 yards away, forms the perfect backdrop and is an ideal habitat for the surrounding wildlife. Peregrine, kingfisher, deer, otter and badger are just a few examples of the wildlife that can be seen in and around the estate making it the ideal retreat for wildlife enthusiasts and country lovers. With full central heating and wood burning stove, a large conservatory and well equipped games room this is the perfect holiday location for families, walkers, special interest groups or anyone just simply wanting to relax and unwind in lovely countryside. The estate can offer fishing tuition from a qualified fishing coach to develop or improve skills, suitable for all from novice to seasoned angler. The estate also rears pheasant and a small number of partridge, both for sale and for its own shoot. You may like to book a place on a seasonal shoots to coincide with your stay.
