From their secluded, and idylically peaceful setting in the hamlet of Thwaite Howe, Thornthwaite these two newly renovated and beautifully furnished properties enjoy stunning views towards Keswick and Skiddaw. With their adjoining acre of woodland leading to the Whinlatter Forest tracks – heaven for mountain bike enthusiasts, they offer an ideal location for bird watching and spotting wildlife and red squirrels at play. Ideally placed for touring, exploring and walking with the attractive, bustling town of Keswick (4 miles) offering shops, inns and restaurants. Water sports on Derwent Water (4 miles). Good choice of pubs within 2 miles.
