Cottage was well equipped. As detailed in earlier reviews, beds very low and wooden frames a magnet for knocking and bruising legs. Underfloor heating presetting meant cottage cold in evenings and one convector heater provided didn't improve things. Main gripe is the misleading description of cove being 200 yards away. Maybe as the crow flies, but invisible to the eye. To get there meant coming out of Skerrybank complex and 10 min. walk along the road. Once got the measure of low tides, very pleasant to walk along beach. View from Linney cottage across the fields was of the Refinery. Paul and Lesley, the onsite managers are a great asset and they are both very helpful. I hope they are fully appreciated by the owners.

Huge barn conversion in quiet, picturesque location. Lovely playground for the children as well as a play room with lots of toys, games and books. It was very clean and tidy and the site manager was friendly and very helpful. We'd definitely stay here again.

The Cottage was clean, spacious and well appointed. I had to sleep in the twin room to escape my friend's snoring in the adjacent double and found the bed increasingly uncomfortable as the week went on, with a lumpy mattress. My friend was not too impressed by the range and sizes of pans etc. in the kitchen but perhaps most people eat out these days. The views and the peaceful surroundings together with the beauty of the County and the friendliness of the people made up for this.
