Spent a weekend here with twin 17month old boys they loved waking upto the cows having breakfast. Very quiet location not far from town and all the sight seeing locations. I could have easily lives in the cottage loads of storage and space. I would definitely recommend and go for another stay.

Arrival to cottage was up threw a bumpy lane.. Cottage appears to be a converted barn .. Bedrooms were plenty in size . Lounge and kitchen were combined. Plenty of room to sit at the table but of an evening there wasnt enough seating to relax and watch tv (6 adults) in the lounge. Wet room was just that .. All the floor got soaked as not draining away in time, probably due to the floor having minorslant before being flat..the water pipes rattled and shook whenever the water was put on.. The bed in back bedroom was very bumpy/lumpy and hard to sleep on.. Not enough towels were provided for the adults.. The cooker was slow to warm up and took awhile to cook food..

Really enjoyed our holiday here the property is well arranged for a family holiday with a sociable combined kitchen, dining and living area and two large bathrooms one ensuite to the master. Outside is a picnic table which faces mostly south and gets sun all day long and into the evening if you get the weather for it. Property was very well equipped and the Wi-Fi was reliable during our stay. Don't be put of by the fact it is a working farm we were never disturbed. Whilst there is nothing within walking distance the property is close to Caernarfon and we found lots to do even with two teenagers to occupy. Enjoyed visits to Anglesey, Phllweli and the Llyn Penisula and Llanberis also Pehnryn Castle and Plas Newydd House & Gardens making the most of our National Trust membership. Would recommend and would stay again

Really liked this cottage. It was perfectly set out for two couples and our 88 year old visually impaired parent who had no difficulty getting around the property. My complaints are minor because we had a lovely stay, but the oven really needs a good clean and the double bed could do with a much lighter duvet. Also the pipes made a deafening noise when we used the showers so we imposed an early morning curfew. I would certainly recommend the cottage and if these matters were attended to it would be a perfect 10.

We had a pleasant weekend with family and friends. It was a very quiet location but within easy reach of Caernarfon. We were not disturbed in any way by the adjacent caravan site.

very nice cottage, done to a very good standard, very nice to find a bottle of wine in the fridge and some chocolates for the kids on arrival. Outside picnic bench was good. Bathrooms and bedrooms good size. There was a good supply of washing liquid and dishwasher tablets, etc. Only downside was there were no shops or pub nearby which would have been nice. Would be happy to recommend and stay there again
