Our 3rd stay, location is excellent for getting out and about and a huge secure back garden for our dog

This was our second stay in Low Farm Barn which I think speaks for itself. It had every we needed for our youngest (12) to the oldest (85). The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and it was clean. My teenager enjoyed the wifi! The wine and home made treats left by the owner were a lovely. It is close to the Broads and lovely sandy beaches at Lowestoft. I would thoroughly recommended it

Wonderful barn conversion, plenty of parking, secure garden. Bottle of wine and homemade cake as welcome gifts is a nice touch.

We stayed at Low Farm Barn for my 65th Birthday with my family and good friends. The place was absolutely amazing. Plenty of room. Comfortable beds. BBQ and very large garden. The pub down the road, The Swan at Barnby, was really lovely and we had my birthday meal there. A must to visit. The only thing that I would alter at the Barn would maybe more showers instead of rubber cold and hot adaptors, That was a very minor thing and didn't deter from our stay whatsoever. We would love to go back at Christmas/New Year. Highly recommended!!

A lovely venue for our family group, well decorated and comfortable to suit all of our ages which ranged from 20 months to 91 years! A few more hand towels would have been useful especially for a large group but overall no complaints. Easy to find and good parking. Lots of walks although sadly, the footpath to the River Waveney wasn't really wheelchair or pushchair friendly. Not far from Beccles and good beaches at Lowestoft.

Was clean; upstairs bathrooms have shower connectors linked to taps but not a problem; log burner is awesome; recommend the ship in dunwich + nice walks on their web site; indian takeaway was good despite £6 delivery charge; mezzanine good for kids to play with toys; nice table for evening meals; garden backs on to lane but is pretty secure for kids; we had a great time.

After holidaying in Norfolk last year we decided to go further south into Suffolk. Low Farm Barn was in an ideal location which enabled us to do this although we did struggle for things to do and places to go especially as a large family group with 3 children. However although we were disappointed with Suffolk the location of the barn itself is perfect set amongst beautiful countryside and we spent many an evening watching rabbits, cats and pheasants from the large balcony. The property itself is ideal for large family groups. We do think the added extra of another shower would be a good idea. The highlight of the barn was the large garden. The barn was also very equipped. The owner contacted us to ensure that everything was okay with our stay.

We had the most brilliant long weekend stay at Low Farm Barn. The place is perfect for group or family to use, the setting is perfect and the overall condition and cleanliness is tops. Having stayed in other rented accommodation this place beats the lot. The owner communicates well and is very accommodating, the decoration and contents of the barn are as if it were a home and not a rented accommodation, so if you choose to use Low Farm Barn please respect it and all that it offers so others can keep enjoying. Do I sound over enthusiastic.......well our weekend really was that good.

A lovely roomy place. Cold when we first arrived. We soon got the fire going and we were very cosy and comfortable. We would certainly go there again and recommend this place to our friends.

Really enjoyed our long weekend and Low Farm Barn was perfect for our family. As everyone says the only issue is no showers upstairs, but a minor point.
