We had the best time here, cottage has everything you could want. Just needs a bit of TLC in the living room. Would definately stay again

A lovely cottage in a great location to explore, an ideal location for a family stay. The grounds where also lovely and would be a real boon in the summer.

Excellent holiday cottage for a family gardens are amazing with hottub and spacious cottage. The cottage itself could do with a little updating but was fine for us as only around in the evening. The kitchen has all you could need but again could do with updating. Overall I would recommend

This cottage was spacious and the beds very comfortable the furniture was very marked and the kitchen cupboards very dated and ready to break the highlight for us was the fabulous hot tub we had lots of fun in that. The garden furniture in need of treating it seemed very brittle. The grounds/gardens was beautiful it wasn't private (if that's what your looking for) as grounds and hot tub are shared with other lodges. The log fire was great the heating perfect and easy to control. All in all I would use again thanks.

Stayed for the weekend and we had a great time fantastic spacious garden with hot tub and only a short drive to the local superstores where a park and ride was located to get into York. The house was nice a spacious with 5adults 2 children and 1 toddler all not getting under each others feet!! We would love to go back for a longer stay.
