The beauty spots of Grassington, Burnsall, Linton Falls, Bolton Abbey and Malham Tarn offer the perfect settings to enjoy the natural beauty of the Dales. Haworth and the surrounding Brontë Country, the Trough of Bowland, the Settle to Carlisle railway and the spa towns of Ilkley and Harrogate are within 30 minutes’ drive. The Lake District and the city of York are both easily accessible by car. There is a regular bus service from Carleton, and a train station in Skipton if you wish to leave the car behind.
