Local attractions include Arlington Court, Watermouth Castle, a wildlife and dinosaur park and Barnstaple’s pannier markets. Shop 440 yards, pub 200 yards. Lovely cosy cottage. We really enjoyed our stay thank you! Fabulous views even on wet October days! Great access to costal paths and short walk into Ilfracombe.
Just to be aware for others the second bedroom is immediately off the kitchen and couldn't fit a travel cot in if you're travelling with a baby.
Owners very helpful in their communications and we really enjoyed the wine and flowers thank you.

Loved it! We have already booked for next August, this time for two weeks. It is so close to the harbour and Raparee Beach which is good for shell collecting. You can see Capstone Hill and Lantern Hill from the property. Larkstone Cafe next door is good for meals and very small selection of animals. The beds in the property are the most comfortable i have experienced apart from my own. The shower is great. Decoration is well though out and is a cut above most holiday rentals, infact we saw some of the ornaments on sale in Ilfracombe and they weren't cheap. It is a home from home and i would like to stay there forever!

We loved our stay at Palm Leas, a beautiful little property in a magic location. Out of the way but not too far to stroll down into illafracombe. Very relaxing.

We had a fabulous holiday in Devon. Palm Leas was the perfect accommodation for us with sea views, great location and the peacefulness. The cottage is very well equipped and the laundry room was a god send especially with a 5 year old boy in tow! We really had a special time and will return for definite.
