All equipment provided that is needed in a "holiday let". Position good for town access and coastal walking. Useful to have parking. Liked the local ostriches.

The only thing I didn't like was the shared garden

Brilliant location, excellent facilities in the cottage with really friendly and helpful owners. Lots to do even though we ended up with mostly rainy weather during our stay

We had a really lovely holiday whilst staying in the cottage. There was every thing that we could have wished for and we will defiantly like to stay again. Although we never met the owners in person they were very helpful.

My partner and I stayed here at the end of May / June 2015 and think that this is the nicest property we have stayed in. Palm Leas is very clean and well equipped with outstanding views of the sea and harbour across the lovely garden. The owners are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The location is good, with a very pleasant 15 minute walk into Ilfracombe Harbour. The local pub is a few minutes walk away which serves good food. There are walks across the cliffs from the door. Ilfracombe is charming and we will definately return to stay in this lovely property.

A very comfortable cottage located ideally for the town and surrounding areas.
The best wood burning stove we have had the pleasure of using, with great hosts. Idyllic setting for spring holiday.

A wonderful self contained cottage, excellent location with a prime view of the harbour. The cottage was very clean and cosy, well stocked form an equipment point of view. Anne was very helpful with advice about the area and altogether this contributed to a very pleasant and relaxing short break for myself and my wife.
