The cottage was an ideal location for exploring N Norfolk and the proprietors were very helpful to enable us to make the most of our visit. The accommodation was adequate for the price we paid and the dog was made welcome with enclosed garden .

Cottage was well situated for visiting local attractions. The cottage itself was small but comfortable and the enclosed garden and patio (as well as the total grounds and woods) was ideal for us and our dog. Made to feel very welcome by the owners - milk and cake on our arrival was a nice touch. Village of Thorpe Market has no amenities but that didn't bother us. There's a Waitrose just a couple of miles down the road for general food requirements. Enjoyed our time there.

A lovely cottage, well equipped, in a lovely village setting - a nice location for visiting other places.. Not much to do locally as there is no pub within walking distance.. Highly recommended....

The cottage is ideally situated for all the places of interest in North Norfolk. Is very pet friendly having a secure front garden which prevented Monty the Cocker from going walkabout. Useful having private woodland around the cottage but a bit let down by the proximity to two roads with no secure fencing around the wood. For all that, plenty of safe walks around the area. The owners, Keith and Paula were extremely friendly and a mine of information regarding where to go and what to do.

Really nice location and handy for visiting all Norfolk coast. First brief visit with our dog to meet with son and his wife for birthday event so only spent 2 nights. Very nice welcome pack with lovely cake. Very cosy and warm with comfortable bed. Met the owner and had a nice chat the morning after arrival. We have now booked a week later in the year at the same place. That says it all.
