A fantastic location, great cottage! Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our holiday. Only downside was parking but there are spaces in the local area, which is a good chance to have a look around. Loved the cottage and it's location, a truly wonderful holiday!

Good location, obviously this was reflected in the price. The cottage could do with a little tlc and updating re kitchen equipment.

We had a lovely time staying in Regent Cottage. Fell in love with beautiful Mousehole. The cottage was set just up the hill from the harbour. Only a two minute walk away. Unfortunately there is very limited parking here with five car parking spaces outside the cottage. We were lucky to get a space on two out of five days. Otherwise we were lucky to get a space in one of three car parks for only £3 a day so not bad really. The cottage itself was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen is fully stocked with equipment if you want to cook. There is a slightly damp smell in the kitchen especially under the sink but these cottages are very old so it's to be expected. The cottage was very cosy and relaxing. Quite dark downstairs but upstairs very light and airy. The property was well equipped for young children with a high chair and stair gate. My two are 3 & 1 and they loved it. The only negative from me was one of the adjoining properties was listening to very loud dance music at between 7-8 am every morning. This was very annoying as I was prepared for a few lie ins during my holiday. It was so loud it was like someone was banging on the walls with the bass. Apart from the we had a lovely time and I would return there again.

Good location as long as renters can tolerate walking up hill. Would have liked to have internet access.

Excellent location a few minutes walk into village centre. Cottage was cosy, comfortable and full of character. Overall cleanliness was good. However plates, glasses, mugs, saucepans and frying pans all needed washing before use. We would have given a higher overall rating otherwise. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again. We have stayed lots of places in Cornwall and Mousehole is out favourite location yet. No mobile signal or Wi-Fi in cottage, if this could be rectified would be amazing. Toilet seats were broken. But this is just being picky. Cottage was quirky and quaint. We are hoping to stay again this summer. We contacted Georgina who was really helpful when we accidently locked ourselves out.

Had a lovely time in Mousehole. Cottage was spotless and cosy (in a good way) for the 4 of us. would be happy to book again, would have to look at high season price to compare. Milk, tea, coffee and sugar, washing up liquid, cloth and tea towel Toilet roll was a welcome find although brought own, but would tie you over till doing a shop. Easy access to other towns. Car parking - Mousehole -good parking available in October, would worry about availability in high season as none available onsite, reasonably priced for 24 hours. Would not recommend the Harbour/Quay side parking for the faint hearted for big/wide cars though! - Keep plenty of change for each place visiting. Ate in the local pub/restaurant twice - very nice and friendly.
