In a woodland setting, this very comfortable detached cottage enjoys a one acre enclosed garden plus fishing on the River Derwent, just 50 yards across a meadow. There is a dining pub and shop just 100 yards away and Cromford and Crich (3 miles) offer good shops, cafés and restaurants. The Heights of Abraham cable car and High Peak cycle trails are under 5 miles, Chatsworth and Carsington Lake for water sports are both under 10 miles.
