Lovely, relaxed holiday cottage with great addition of a hot tub. WiFi, Netflix and everything you need in the kitchen. Didn't miss a thing when we stayed. Great communication with the owners when needed and we were left in peace too. Highly recommended 👌

All we can say is great place, comfortable, so clean an has everything you need for a self catering holiday. The village itself is a good walk but a lovely walk an really nice place with great people, food an pubs.

A fabulous place to stay, clean, airy and comfortable. Lots to do close by for families and couples alike. One of the best properties we have stayed in. The children adored the swing and slide in the fully enclosed garden. They also loved visiting the cattle on the farm and watching the tractors coming in and out, it certainly is a working farm and work does start early. A super holiday home well worth the money.

Lovely place and close to everything you need. Only thing was the dogs in the farm house barking untill stupid o'clock and then about 7am but apart from that overall was a lovely place

Brilliant for young children with the swing and slide in the enclosed garden. The hot tub was lovely to relax in. Would definately recomend and visit again. Not too far from seafront.

a good cottage with a high standard, beds we're terrible though and the bedrooms need proper curtains, it is much too bright to sleep.

We had a fantastic week in this wonderful barn. All the facilities you could ask for including WiFi which wasn't advertised so was a welcome addition. We hope to return very soon.

T he cottage was lovely, and the hot tub a bonus The local village provided us with all the food needed for the holiday, with a variety of pubs and a couple of take a ways if you fancied. The cottage was close to the coast, and lots of market towns which we enjoyed.

Not happy with the phone call I revived on 6th may about one of the bed as I always do when go on hoilday and I check out I make sure every thing is ok and I know the bed was ok when I left the barn as I help him get dressed and I would 9f seen it and I did not see it

Robins Barn was the perfect holiday cottage base. Very clean and had everything that we could have ever needed including a fluffy bath robe for each of us which was lovely. We were a little taken aback by there being only two tv stations but once we found the Netflix button it really didn't matter at all! The hot tub was a big hit, the four of us enjoyed a dip each day. The only negative we could have possibly pin pointed was the beige curtains in the bedroom and nothing to block the sun from the bedroom roof windows - it was extremely bright when the sun came up! Other than that, we could not fault our stay at all. Will highly recommend and certainly hope to return in the future.
