Rowan Cottage is fully double glazed, well equipped and tastefully decorated with good quality furnishings. Combined with an open fire, guests are assured a warm and welcoming retreat at any time of year, with festive decorations at Christmas. Surrounded by beautiful countryside this is an ideal base for exploring the many delights of this rural area. Aysgarth Falls are nearby. The village has a country inn serving food and locally produced beers. Further amenities are found in the nearby market towns of Leyburn and Richmond. Ground floor: sitting/dining room with open fire in cast iron range. Second sitting room with living flame gas fire in Victorian surround. Well equipped kitchen with Belfast Sink and breakfast bar. Boot/storage room. First floor: 2 bedrooms - 1 double with cast iron feature fireplace and 1 twin. Bathroom with shower over bath, WC, basin, and heated towel rail.
