A beautiful detached holiday cottage just 200 yards from the beach, seasonal café and local inn. There is also a small group of shops, fish shop and restaurant 0.5 miles away. Ideal for a holiday in all seasons, this very smart property has a good level of comfort and style in all furnishings. Chapel Point is a quiet village and to the north there are lovely undeveloped sandy beaches. Fantasy Island fun park is 4 miles, and Skegness is 6 miles along with Gunby Hall (NT). There is sea fishing off the beach, horse riding 2 miles, golf 7 miles and coarse fishing 3 miles. Shop and restaurant 0.5 miles, pub 200 yards.
