The cottage was well equipped and very clean. The welcome pack of cakes and wine was a really nice touch. The location was good, very central for visiting Snowdonia, Anglesey and other attractions. Unfortunately internet access was barely existent, which was very disappointing, as we had chosen that particular cottage on the basis that there was WiFi.

A lovely cottage with modern interior décor and a comfortable leather suite and bed. It is located in a peaceful rural area on the edge of Snowdonia and is very well situated for exploring Anglesey which is only 3 miles away. There is a Tesco on the outskirts of Caernarfon and a Morrisons there too. Our only initial difficulty upon arrival was that we could not see a sign for the farm and when we parked in the drive we could not see a name on the cottage but guessed its identity by the telephone instructions from the named contact in advance of our arrival. We had a wonderful holiday with mostly good weather and we hope to return to Seion in the future.

A perfect location for coast or mountain exploration. Walking routes are well marked and visitors are made to feel welcome. The cottage is well-presented and comfortable. Equipment is modern and in good condition. A good wifi connection was available. Altogether a holiday I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. My dog agrees.

Had a lovely holiday with views across countryside lots of walks and horses in back yard owners were very helpful the cottage was great clean comfortable everything we needed not far from local supermarket. The only thing was WiFi was not great but that didn't bother us and maybe the sofas could do with updating very low

This cottage was fabulous. The pictures don't do it justice! Lovely to have a bath (and a shower) option. Beautifully presented and equipped and a great location too.

An excellent venue. We did notice that not all radiators worked properly, but there was enough heat from those which did to be warm enough.

Lovely clean cottage. Probably would benefit from having a few more coat hooks and a vacuum cleaner but overall was well equipped and comfortable. Just a short drive to all amenities in Bangor and to the Menai Bridge.
