Nestling in 40 acres of valley surrounded by oak forest, these two romantic properties (refs: HW7438 and HW7753), each with its own private hot tub (at cost) with spa robes, offer a perfect setting in which to relax and unwind. Shared with the owners, the grounds are home to wildlife ponds and a small river for fun fishing, whilst the whole farm is now a conservation area and a haven for the rare Brown Hairstreak butterfly, badgers and much more. There are beautiful walks through the forest – one area looks towards the mountains with sunsets that are out of this world. Whilst another offers swings and seating spots in delightful riverside surroundings. Unspoilt National Trust beaches are just 9 miles away and the dolphin and seal watching trips readily available along the coast are some of the most popular excursions in mid Wales, whilst further inland, white water rafting, superb fishing, nostalgic journeys on the Teifi Valley narrow gauge steam railway and a host of other fantastic attractions are within a short drive of Wern Newydd Farm. A selection of shops can be found in Llandysul, 2 miles, and an excellent pub serving good food lies at the end of the farm drive.
