Nestling in individual secluded woodland glades, these attractively furnished lodges sit in the National Forest Centre’s 154-acre site, a sustainably managed area. The Forest Centre offers various activities which are at an extra cost and must be booked in advance. The wildlife is abundant and lake fishing 0.5 miles away (at cost), way marked walks, cycle hire, falconry displays and a restaurant are just some of the Centre’s attractions, whilst a myriad places of interest lie within easy reach. Alton Towers 20 miles. Pubs are a 0.5 miles walk (accessible path). All lodges have some special adaptations for the disabled, for example electrically adjustable beds and Birch Lodge can accommodate a hospital bed and hoist if required, making them ideal for groups and families with or without special needs.
