    A lovely cottage in beautiful surroundings, with a very welcoming and friendly host. With ponies on one side and a herd of cows on the other, our 'neighbours' were very pleasant as well. We very much look forward to returning to this very cosy, yet spacious and comfortable cottage again.

    The Granary was ideal in it's accommodation and location. The Farm is very private and charming. The local shops are just a few minutes away by car. Mr Thorley was an excellent host. We would definitely stay again.

    What a fantastic cottage in beautiful surroundings. It was very well equipped, so comfortable and spotlessly clean. The owner was really friendly and had useful local knowledge. The welcome pack of tea etc and wine was appreciated on arrival. Well situated for Trentham Gardens, Biddulph Grange Gardens and Little Moreton Hall. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evening sunshine with baby rabbits playing in the garden and the hens visiting hoping to be fed. We couldn't fault this property and will certainly stay again if in the area.

    Our second stay and we had a great time again. The cottage is perfect; spacious downstairs and well appointed. It is great for young children. It's nice to spent time enjoying peaceful setting but also easy driving distance to many days out. Would highly recommend.

    The Granary is a beautiful cottage in a gorgeous setting. Alan the owner was very friendly and helpful and left us a lovely surprise treat for our arrival with was a great touch. I can imagine this place is fabulous in summer with good weather. Thank you Alan for a lovely stay.

    The owner Allan was there if we needed him. We felt private and secluded in the cottage although it was part of a farm. The cottage was big and beautiful. Our Assistant dog was welcomed but the chickens didn't like him. Would love to go again with the children. The only thing as a couple is would like a bigger sofa to snuggle on!!
