Tucked away deep in the rolling Herefordshire countryside, these comfortable cottages enjoy use of an indoor heated swimming pool and are ideal for family reunions of up to 18 people. Carefully converted from the 15th-century Treago Castle’s Victorian stable building, they are comfortably furnished and well-equipped. The Coach House, ref E1567, is spacious and comfortable and occupies a first floor location accessed by internal stairs. The Looseboxes, ref E1571, is also spacious and comfortable with an entrance hallway. Treago stands in 5 glorious acres of grounds which include a vineyard (wine can be purchased), a charming Victorian walled garden and an arboretum. The city of Hereford with its fine cathedral is only 11 miles away, and Ross-on-Wye, offering numerous watersports including canoeing and fishing, is 8 miles. There are good walks locally and bird watching nearby. Shop and post office 0.5 miles, pubs/restaurants serving good food within 5 miles.
