On the whole a lovely cottage. Nice location shortage of walks for the dogs from cottage. The family that own the cottage are a delight and very friendly and helpful. In LLanrswt there is a coop we only found this on our last day, (tucked up a back street) and Spar, butchers and bakers. Nice walk down by the river and play park for youngsters . Swimming pool very reasonable on price for the little ones. I miss the days when a welcome pack was on the table on arrival when my own children were little butter, bread, coffee, biscuits or cake and sometimes a bottle of wine, very welcoming it used to be. This now varies from property to property. Some nothing others still some nice touches. The cottage was lovely but our bed was a bit uncomfortable and I do know this varies for each of us. My son and 3 grandsons slept very well in the second room. The toilet was a bit wobbly and shower was a wet room type and water built up and took a long time to drain. Also we found cottage lovely and quiet until the next guest arrived on the Monday the little one turned night in to day and ran the full length of the flat above causing all of us to lose sleep. I would be happy to return to this cottage but the noise from above was to much for my husband and he would not return. The location was lovely and Sarah was a lovely lady and very friendly and put herself out to make sure my 3 grandsons had a very good time. Inviting them in to her home and making them popcorn, candy floss and supplying smoothies and ice lollies. Eliot was delightful and played football and cricket with the boys. Sarah and her family are super and made the holiday a home from home.

Excellent holiday cottage and lovely owners. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Watching the lambs and the geese play in the field next to you as you drink your first cup of the day is lovely way to start any adventure, great memories
