This delightful, 17th century stone cottage, brimming with character and charm, boasts a wonderful location for exploring the area’s beautiful beaches and coastline. A shingle beach is only 5 minutes’ walk and a short stroll leads to the railway station for lovely train journeys through the superb scenery of Cardigan Bay to the harbour towns of Barmouth and Aberdyfi, and their wealth of shops, pubs and restaurants. Excellent walking, cycling, riding, golf and bird watching are enjoyed locally. Shop and pub serving food 100 yards.

Ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen with beams. Steep, narrow, open-sided stairs to first floor: 3 bedrooms: 2 double, 1 single. Shower room with toilet.
