Lovely week, hot tub was a real bonus and it was cleaned by Andrea each day. The lighting in the bathroom of the top bedroom was not good - maybe a brighter bulb needed?

Lovely clean and comfortable family sized cottage. Although the main road the cottage is situated on can be busy and noisy, we found it an advantage to be able to quickly access all the amazing local towns, beaches, walks and attractions. The hot tub was a welcome luxury after a busy day.

Ratings would be higher if the beds were more comfortable.

Lovely cosy and spacious cottage. On a busy road, which at times can get noisy, due to lorries on the road. Well equipped cottage, however a dishwasher would be a great addition. Washing machine and tumble dryer very handy. Hot tub was great. Didn't use it every day, as the weather was too hot. Fish and Chip shop up the road was very tasty. Overall a great relaxing week.

We stay in a cottage once a year and this was a great choice. We had a warm welcome from the owner and settled in immediately, we had everything we needed and thought that with a few finishing touches this place could be 5 star. The main issues were the busy road, although it wouldn't put us off staying again, and the uncomfortable mattresses but we also realise that is personal preference. On the plus the location is perfect for visiting aberaeron and lots of stunning beaches. The hot tub was a bonus as was the BBQ in the warm weather we had during our stay. There is a brilliant butcher right next door, although the local shop leaves a lot to be desired. Loved the area and were more than happy with the cottage. Would stay again!

We had a fantastic holiday the property is very clean and comfortable, it is a lovely walk down to the sea, our only slight criticism is not enough towels one large one small we would of liked another large for the hot tub as the nights are cold in March there for needed to purchase some(but did not spoil our holiday) Ideal location to explore the local area, more than happy to to return.

We had a great stay at this cottage. It was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was a lovely edition to our stay. The beach is a short walk from the cottage. We brought our puppy with us and she'd loved it! The wifi did stop working but was fixed for us. Would recommend this cottage.
