Waggoner's Rest was clean and tidy throughout and well equipped. The outlook from the cottage was pleasant at the front and really nice from the back. We didn't go into the gardens or use the bar-b-que as the weather was too cold. The cottage was within easy reach of Boston, about 20 mins, and Lincoln wasn't too far, about 60 mins. There is a small store about 3 miles from the cottage and supermarkets in Boston. The only down side was that we found the cottage a little too warm for us, though it was probably perfect for others. The on-suite was a little on the small side, but I managed with the shower and I'm on the large side.

Waggoner’s Rest is a good holiday cottage deep in Lincolnshire farming countryside. It is very well furnished, fully equipped and clean. Plenty of room throughout.

An amazing place with loads of space, easy access and parking. Boston isn't far and you have a great rescue zoo and farm on the doorstep if you have children. The cottage doesn't provide toilet rolls or bin bags so take some of those. Apart from that all appliances where high spec and the heating worked very well.

We were a 5 group and there was plenty of room for all to sit and eat as well as not being on top of each other. The outside space was second to none. I can't fault any part of it! If I wanted a little niggle I could mention the small on-suite however it's only a niggle😉. The shared courtyard was secure for our dog. Absolutely loved this cottage! So peaceful sat around the back of the cottage watching the sunset over the pond!

Excellent accommodation and very spacious. The main sitting area so full of character and comfort: not one, not two, but three large sofas. Spent wonderful evenings in, catching up with friends' news. We had lovely weather and it was a treat to sit out by the summer house overlooking the pond. Beautiful family bathroom, but if I should have a criticism, it would be that the ensuite was very small, and the washbasin so tiny that it was of little use!
