Private trout fishing literally from the doorstep and an on-site kennels and cattery (special rates for guests) if you want to see your pets every day and take the dogs for walks. Only 20 miles from historic Stirling with excellent shops, restaurants, museums and a magnificent castle where Mary Queen of Scots had her son baptised in December 1566. Comrie (2 miles), with all basic facilities, is in the heart of the scenic West Strathearn area of Perthshire, situated at the meeting of Glens Lednock and Artney, with the Scottish Highlands rising to the north. There are many interesting and varied trails for walkers in the area. Some offer a relaxing stroll along a river or loch, while others offer a more strenuous walk to a splendid viewpoint. For the real enthusiast, there are many Munros and Corbetts within easy driving distance imcluding those of the renowned Crianlarich and Glencoe areas. Golf at Comrie, Crieff, St Fillan’s, Muthill and the world renowned Gleneagles within 12 miles. Ground floor: entrance from covered patio to utility room with washing machine and drying area, 5 steps to living room with large picture window overlooking the loch, dining area, kitchen area. 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, WC and basin, 1 bunk bedroom with vanity unit, 1 twin bedroom with vanity unit.
