The caravan was very tired and damp and smelled musty. It was absolutely freezing, I had to borrow a heater from reception. The floor by the front door and into the bathroom was very warped and the toilet leaked a lot of water every time it was flushed. The kitchen utensils-pots-pans were very old and worn and I felt the need to wash everything before I used it. To say the van was 'bare' was an understatement. Lighting was either full on or off, a lamp or two wouldn't have gone amiss.

The bed was hard and we asked for loose taps to be tightened. One was promptly but the staff member said he would have to return to sort out the other which he failed to do. Otherwise the caravan was nice and we enjoyed our stay in it.

The caravans are dirty and are not the same as they have advertised. Very disappointed in this. Complaint is getting dealt.
