All breaks for all arrivals
We found Celyn lodge to be warm, cosy, clean & well equipped with facilities.
The hot tub was tested daily & kept at a lovely warm temperature although the jets where not as fast as maybe could have been it didn't spoil our enjoyment one bit while looking over great views of the valleys & sheep.
We would return.
We absolutely loved our weeks stay here in the summer holidays. So relaxing! Would highly recommend this and will definitely be back.
Beautiful setting. Lovely lodge with everything you need. Would stay again
Super location with fantastic views, if you like it quiet.
Well equipped lodge, nice touch to find a few essentials in the fridge on arrival.
Great hot tub, lovely to relax in at any time of the day!
Fantastic short break would stay again. Met with owner Richard who was very helpful and friendly.
Very quiet and peaceful break. Would stay with them again. A*.
Relaxing, rural surroundings - a great base to explore mid Wales.
We had a fantastic holiday here! The lodge was immaculate and very nicely done inside. The hot tub was great. The views were incredible!
Had a loverly time but should not be advertised as a luxury lodge as this is not. We wanted luxury as this was our honeymoon.
a great location, great views and nice lodge. The tub leaked and we had to add in water each day but this was not to much of a problem
Second time we've stayed and will definitely be coming back!
Had a fantastic few days and nights staying in Celyn 1 at Belan Bach Lodges. A very quiet site overlooking the Welsh valleys of Llangadfan. As per instructions on our booking confirmation, when we arrived we found keys in the door of the lodge, hot tub bubbling away, all beds made up and the central heating on for a nice warm lodge. Around half hour after we arrived the owner of the site popped in to check that we had everything we needed and to answer any questions, he was very welcoming. Beds were great. Shower was fantastic - heated floor tiles were a nice surprise!
Ample activities around, we headed over to Lake Vyrnwry which wasn't too far and provided a full day of walking. The Lake View Tea Room at Lake Vyrnwy is not to be missed. Two freshly cooked large lasagnes and four cold drinks was under £20.00, eaten whilst admiring the stunning views of the lake.
The Rainbow Trails are a couple minutes walk up the road from the site, with hundreds of miles of walks with great views. Fantastic for the pup!
I read all of the reviews of the site before booking and was slightly worried when I saw we had "Celyn 1" after the horrid review that was given. The other review is by no means a true reflection of the cabin, the owner or the site.
10/10 Would stay again!
We had a lovely weekend despite the weather ! Lovely well equipped lodge, beautiful location. Sitting in the hot tub looking over the rolling valley with the birds and squirrels in the tree next to it was very relaxing. A perfect place to get away from it all but you will need to use your car if you want to eat out or get to the shop.
Excellent break. Peaceful and enjoyable. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Heating on ready for arrival. Tea, coffee and milk in lodge to welcome us. I would definitely go here again.
Beautiful setting the lodge was comfortable. We arrived to the central heating on, a pint of milk in the fridge and the hot tub ready to go . Would definitely go again
If you are looking for a quiet relaxing break this is the perfect place. The lodge and surrounding is beautiful however there isn't much to do around.
