All breaks for all arrivals
lovely accommodation, had a great time and would certainly stay again.
we will definitely going back next year! If you want a relaxing break, but be 5 minutes drive from a lovely beach I would highly recommend these comfortable cottages. Very quiet location. Hot tub was fab! Only didn't give a 10 because of flats opposite which meant we were overlooked, but they were a minor thing and won't stop us returning!
Lots to do and plenty of places to visit and somewhere to relax as well
Pleasant greeting on arrival, clean tidy bungalow with everything needed for a relaxing few days.
Great cottage nice and clean . Jane was very helpfull. Location good but you do need a car. That was my 4th visit will book again
Really nice and quiet - just a few miles from supermarkets and so on in Bridlington. We arrived a bit late, but phoned the mobile number on the window of the reception. We were helpfully advised how to access our holiday cottage.
This was a very well maintained, quiet park which served as a great base for visiting the surrounding area.
Location was beautiful, the cottage was lovely. The Hot Tub (which was the main part of choosing this holiday) not so good. We only got to use it properly for maybe 1 day at most. Yes we got a small refund but would much rather of had the use of hot tub. Spoiled the holiday some what as we really needed to relax after a very upsetting week leading up.
Staff were lovely and helped as much as they could. Value for money - not so sure. No way of drying clothes as no dryer. Too warm to put heating on to dry.
Cottage itself was modern and clean. Bright and airy too, despite it being quite small (still ideal for a family of 4 with 2 small children). Kitchen contained everything we needed although we weren't in the cottage very much as we were out and about.
The only downside was the double bed mattress in the main bedroom. Absolutely terrible and needs to be replaced. Very lumpy and did disturb our sleep.
The surroundings were very quiet and the cottages around us were empty probably because we went during term-time.
The area that the cottages were set in was very quiet and you do need a car to go anywhere but we expected that and were absolutely fine with it.
I would fully recommend these cottages for families (for those who don't want to stay at a traditional holiday park with the noise and entertainment) as there is loads to do and you are only five mins drive from the beach.
Finally, thanks to Jane, who met us and was on hand in Reception to help us with anything we needed.
Third time we have been here. Very quiet. Good location if you have a car. Facilities in the bungalow are excellent, especially the hot tub! Would love to go in summer hols but too expensive!
Lovely clean modern cottage, everything you need, shame no shop or pub, but lots of stuff nearby. Staff excellent
It is lovely place but it is a shame that there a flats opposite and not really nice view,, wondering if the council put fence up or something to make the place look nice and nice location ..
the bed was very very low the stools at breakfast bar were to high making it difficult
to eat meals
Very clean and comfortable bungalow. The staff were helpful and friendly. The surrounding area was quiet so great for families and couples. It felt very much like home whilst we were there.
