After the sofa bed breaking and not probably being fitted in the first place.. The double bed which should have been two singles.. The smell of damp from the previous broken boiler which was a great concern.. All this was addressed first thing the next morning.. The response was very good. But could not move us to another apartment. All was made to make our stay comfortable.. The staff in the bar were faultless and the entertainment was well worth going.. The apartments may have been refurbished but not to everyone's standard.. Good location..

The Chalet was lovely....especially the shower unit....but is idea for 2 people rather than 4.

The chalet was pleasant enough but the pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Also we had a double bed in the bedroom and not 2 singles for the kids so they had to share!!

On arrival reception was closed and The Albatross was not big enough for us and the first night I had to sleep on the sofa bed which wasn't very comfortable but as explained above we were moved to a bigger chalet which was perfect

Damp and musty, every day when you went out you came back to the awful smell having accumulated with the windows shut, and it wasn;t even the height of summer yet

A beautiful setting but disappointed with the accommodation. The chalet felt constantly damp, even down to the duvet and sheet on the bed. It cleared if the windows were left open all day but that wasn't really an option being a ground-floor chalet on an open campus, especially as the room was so small we wanted to go out all day. There were only 2 adults using the chalet - I can't imagine what it would be like for a family of four!
