The caravan itself was not worth the price we paid. It was smaller than expected from the photos online (2 ad & 2 U8s), the sofa cushions were tatty and stained and the smaller than average beds in the tiny twin room made sleeping difficult even for our 8 yr old. It was generally very clean though and the veranda was great for drying swim stuff with no washing line and meant we could have the French doors open all the time.
There needs to be more info in the caravan about local activities and information about the van itself such as hot water and heating controls, eg heating came on unless we reset the thermostat every morning and every night. Also a visitor book would be great for suggestions of things to do, places to eat locally etc.
The caravans are 3 rows deep so not a lot of privacy and there is no allocated parking which should be included as a 'top of the range' booking. It's worth finding out which van you are in and having a look at the site map before you go. We asked for a quiet position with youngs kids as were worried about noise from the bar and entertainment. The manager emailed us saying she would do her best and we were happy with the position of our van (no. 87) with nothing in front or behind and resident neighbours who were very nice and considerate. The vans are not grouped in price ranges but spread throughout the park.

The caravan was very good value but unfortunately the site was just a bit to quiet. Most people f the caravans are privately owned so more like a retirement site.
Club room closes early if not enough people in. There is nowhere around without having to drive out to eat and drink.
The beach which is a more metres away than stated for a disabled person is lovely and wide the only drawback is that dogs are allowed on the beach so you have to be careful where the children play. This is typical in f a lot to f beaches we visited in the Cardigan area.
